JOHN MCCREA, TRACIE BENNETT and IMELDA STAUNTON have received nominations for this year's OLIVIER AWARDS.

John has been nominated for BEST ACTOR IN A MUSICAL for his role as the titular 'Jamie' in EVERYBODY'S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE

Tracie has been nominated for BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS IN A MUSICAL for her role in FOLLIES at the NATIONAL THEATRE

Imelda has been nominated for BEST ACTRESS for her role in WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF and for BEST ACTRESS IN A MUSICAL for her role in FOLLIES at the NATIONAL THEATRE

A host of CvGG-ers star in shows that have received Olivier Award nominations this year, including:

MICHAEL SHAEFFER and CLAUDIA JOLLY in GIRL FROM THE NORTH COUNTRY, which has been nominated for BEST NEW MUSICAL and OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT IN MUSIC

LIZZY CONNOLLY and MOLLIE MELIA-REDGRAVE in ON THE TOWN, which has been nominated for BEST MUSICAL REVIVAL

TOM RILEY in DRY POWDER and RACHAEL STIRLING in LABOUR OF LOVE, both of which have been nominated for BEST NEW COMEDY

STEPHEN TOMPKINSON in THE RED LION, which has been nominated for ACHIEVEMENT IN AN AFFILIATE THEATRE

And FIVE GUYS NAMED MOE has been nominated for BEST ENTERTAINMENT AND FAMILY SHOW, written and directed by CLARKE PETERS.

The OLIVIER AWARDS 2018 will take place on 8th April.
